About me and this site
Daily Yoga Flow is an independent publication launched in February 2026 by me — Jenny. I'm 38, Greek, and I've been practising yoga since 2011, when I was a 23-year-old living in Amsterdam. I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT, Yoga Alliance), but I still feel more like a student. I've spent the last decade navigating self growth and mental health while yoga has been my companion through all of it — not as a cure, but as a mirror.
When I'm not on the mat, I work in tech — which fascinates me and pushes me to always be learning something new. I make imperfect objects out of clay, which is its own kind of meditation. And I walk my dog Bilia (it means "ball" in Greek — and yes, she lives up to the name).
I've always been the kind of person who pays attention to what everyone else skips over. That's both a curse and a gift, and it's probably why I started writing.
This is an honest space created from my need to communicate my journey in life, while yoga has been a solid companion. I write about yoga the messy, imperfect, and personal way I lived it, and all the beautiful lessons I learnt along the way. Sometimes posts can be more experience-related than yoga, but that's part of the narrative too. Either way, they will be honest, humorous, and rewarding.
This is a space for you too
I'd love to hear from you — what brought you to yoga, what keeps you on the mat, what makes you want to throw the mat out the window. Drop a comment or reach out. You can also sign up below and I will send new posts straight to your inbox. Otherwise, just follow me on Instagram to check the post notifications there. Or do neither.
Practice with me
I also teach 1-1 online yoga classes. If you're interested, reach out and we'll have a chat.
Disclaimer
All posts and content in this publication are written by me, in all honesty. However, English is not my mother tongue, so I use AI tools to review the content for grammar and syntax. The rest is all me.
Some images will be AI-generated — when this happens, I will give credit to the respective model. Other than that, they are all from my camera roll.
